Cremona Fine Violins offers a selection of fine violins, violas and cellos for musicians of all ages and skill levels. From reasonably priced small outfits for children to fine antique and modern instruments for professionals.

New Professional Instruments
For the professional we offer contemporary, modern and antique handmade instruments by individual American, Italian, German and French fine instrument makers.

Student Violins
We start with new instruments from China and Eastern Europe in sizes to suit all ages, carefully set up to encourage the beginner. These may be part-exchanged against the next size as the child grows. They come in a variety of price ranges, but many start at just under $ 200 for violin, bow and case. We give a special discount for schools.

Used and Restored Instruments
In addition to new instruments we sell both used and restored instruments at competitive prices.

Zanetto Micheli (c. 1489 – after 1560) was the first representative of the oldest known family of string instrument makers from the famous Renaissance Brescian school of strings and violin making, from which many very clear archive documents but (more important) some perhaps 20 original instruments (violins, violas, viols, double basses) seems to survive.
